Senior Residential Property Solicitor sought by ambitious Chester and North Wales practice. The team is spread across North Wales and Chester and also allows for hybrid working. This senior hire will suit a qualified Solicitor (ideally 3 years PQE+, all levels considered) boasting demonstrable Residential Property experience gained within a renowned firm.
As the soon to be leader of its dedicated Residential team your role will be to take on a caseload of your own Residential transactions and take a decisive role in leading the team forward. It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the Residential Property arena and ideally had some experience of Commercial matters, as that side of the business is expected to develop.
The team requires a Head of Department in the near future so progression is almost guaranteed as succession planning is firmly part of their thoughts. You'll work autonomously on Residential matters with no supervision, ably assisted by their support team.
The position can be carried out from Chester, North Wales or a mixture of the two with hybrid access also a feature. Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise with a guideline for salary of up to £50k.
