This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor with 4-5+ years PQE to work on high quality, complex Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury claims while progressing their career within a well-established team.
The Opportunity
- You will join an expanding Serious Injury team handling high value and complex Personal Injury matters.
- The role offers a strong mix of running your own caseload and supporting on more complex, high value claims, alongside opportunities to take on supervisory responsibilities and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of Serious Injury and Personal Injury claims

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4-5+ years PQE
- Strong experience in Personal Injury, including Serious or Catastrophic Injury claims
- Experience managing a caseload and working to targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to supervise, coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel where required
