I’m working with a successful law firm with an exceptional claimant focused injury team who is looking to appoint an Operations Manager (Non Fee-Earning) to support the performance and day-to-day running. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a legal background and operational management experience who enjoys improving processes, driving performance and supporting high-performing teams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to keep the department running efficiently, ensuring workflows, KPIs, service standards and resources are all operating at a high level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring team performance, workflows and SLAs
  • Producing KPI and management reports
  • Supporting financial and operational performance
  • Resource and capacity planning across legal teams
