Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaise proactively with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
  • Conclude matters efficiently while meeting service level agreements, quality standards and client expectations
  • Handle all post completion work independently, ensuring files are closed accurately and promptly
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of matters involving personal representatives, attorneys, trusts and matrimonial considerations
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with external providers and develop professional networks
  • Deliver a comprehensive, client focused legal service with professionalism and care

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent
  • Experienced in managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload with confidence and autonomy
  • Skilled in handling complex matters such as Shared Ownership, New Builds, Lease Extensions and title defect resolution
  • Comfortable resolving technical issues and providing clear, practical solutions
  • Highly organised, analytical and diligent, with the ability to use MI data to support outcomes
  • Professional under pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service
