A well‑established and growing Commercial Property team in Cambridge is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate (3+ PQE) to join its practice and support continued growth. The Role

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals

  • Development work, including options and overage
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Corporate support on acquisitions and disposals

About You

The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with around 3–5 years’ PQE, though candidates outside this range will also be considered. You will bring:
