A highly regarded and well-established South Coast law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its successful and expanding Leasehold Enfranchisement and Block Management team.

This is a senior-level opportunity with a clear and realistic pathway to partnership, making it ideal for an ambitious enfranchisement lawyer looking to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking firm.

The Role

  • Handle a high-quality and complex caseload of leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold dispute matters, with significant autonomy and client exposure.
  • Act on leasehold enfranchisement matters, including collective enfranchisement and lease extensions.
  • Manage complex leasehold disputes and litigation.
  • Advise clients on block management and landlord & tenant issues.
  • Handle matters with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
  • Play an active role in the growth and profile of the department.

Your Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE in leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold disputes.
  • Strong background in leasehold litigation and advisory work.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Commercial and client-focused approach.
  • South Coast-based or open to relocation.
  • A client following or established referrer network is highly desirable, but not essential.
