The Role
An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post‑completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- General residential conveyancing matters
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.
About You
To be considered, you’ll ideally be:
- A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
- Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Client‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Comfortable working within a full-time office‑based environment
- Interested in networking and business development opportunities
