I’m currently working with a well-established and growing regional law firm to recruit an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join its team in Bradford at either Associate or Director level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sizeable and highly regarded Private Wealth team, known for advising high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, and families with complex UK and international asset structures. The team continues to expand and offers a strong platform for career progression and high‑quality work.

The work is varied and often centres around key moments in clients’ lives—whether planning for the future or navigating estate administration—with a real emphasis on delivering clear, pragmatic, and empathetic advice.

The Role

You’ll play a key role within the Private Wealth team, working closely with Partners and supporting the wider success of the practice. Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll contribute to maintaining high standards, mentoring junior colleagues, and strengthening client relationships.

Your work will include:

  • Drafting wills and advising on complex succession planning matters
  • Trust creation, administration, and ongoing advisory work
  • Estate administration, including Deeds of Variation
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Court of Protection matters
  • Tax and trust reporting, including TRS compliance
  • Advising on capacity issues and wealth structuring

For those joining at Director level, the role will also include:

  • Supporting the firm’s strategic direction
  • Leading on business development initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Playing a key role in team development and internal best practices

About You

I’m keen to speak with solicitors who:

  • Have around 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client / Private Wealth work
  • Have experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals and/or business owners
  • Ideally hold (or are working towards) STEP qualification
  • Are confident managing complex matters with sensitivity and attention to detail
  • Enjoy mentoring junior colleagues and working collaboratively
  • Bring a personable, empathetic, and professional approach to client care
