Property Litigator | Birmingham
An established Birmingham law firm is looking for a Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team.
Ideally suited to a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.

The role will involve:
- Contentious landlord & tenant matters across residential and commercial property
- Boundary and general property disputes
- TOLATA claims
- Property-related professional negligence
- Supporting the wider commercial litigation team where required
