The Role
Manage a caseload of private family law matters
Advise on divorce and separation
Handle financial and property matters
Assist with child arrangements and related disputes
Work on cohabitation matters and domestic abuse cases
Manage cases from instruction through to conclusion
Provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Minimum 1 year experience in private family law
Strong technical knowledge and drafting skillsCompassionate and client focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
