The Role
- Private Client Solicitor to play a central role in leading and developing the Private Client Department, ensuring consistently high standards of client care, compliance and departmental performance.
- Leading, managing and developing the Private Client Department.
- Overseeing departmental performance, compliance and service delivery standards.
- Supervising and mentoring solicitors, a trainee solicitor and support staff.
- Managing a varied personal caseload including:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deputyship matters
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.
