Role Overview
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Buy-to-let and residential investment transactions
- Remortgages and refinancing work
- New build conveyancing
- Transfers of equity and joint ownership matters
- Probate & matrimonial related property sales
- Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes
You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient progression of files.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Formal qualifications are not essential. Applications are welcomed from both qualified lawyers and experienced unqualified conveyancers with relevant expertise.
Support will be given to those currently studying a conveyancing qualification.
