Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of private client matters
- Draft wills and advise on estate planning
- Handle probate and estate administration
- Support clients with lifetime and tax planning
- Take instructions and provide clear legal advice
Experience Required
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ private client experience, or
- Experienced unqualified Fee Earner with 3+ years managing own caseload
- Ability to work independently and deliver excellent client service
