An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Legal 100 law firm in Taunton. Due to continued growth, the firm's successful Real Estate team is looking to recruit an experienced property lawyer to advise an impressive portfolio of regional, national and international clients. This role offers high-quality work, genuine career progression and flexible hybrid working within one of the South West's leading commercial property teams.

The Role

  • You’ll manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:
    • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
    • Development and strategic land transactions
    • Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
    • Investment and portfolio sales
    • Asset management work

Clients include developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers, landed estates and renewable energy businesses. You’ll work alongside experienced Real Estate Partners on a broad mix of high-value transactions.

About You

  • Applications are welcomed from:
    • Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (England & Wales)
    • 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate
    • Experience gained within a regional, national or boutique law firm
    • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
    • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
