Role
As a Corporate Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will support on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general company law advisory work. You’ll contribute to due diligence exercises, draft and review transaction documents, prepare reports and assist with deal management through to completion. You’ll also be involved in client communications, legal research and supporting ongoing corporate advisory work. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors and partners while building confidence to take on increasing responsibility over time.

- Is NQ–2 years’ PQE with corporate or commercial experience
- Has a good working knowledge of company law
- Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
- Is well organised and able to manage competing deadlines
