The Department

The team is responsible for providing innovative and timely solutions to the market's travel needs, as well as ensuring a high level of customer service. The team is focused on implementing sales activities, improving operational efficiency, and expanding business opportunities throughout the country.

The Role

As a Market Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, maintaining and growing client relationships, and contributing to departmental sales targets. You’ll handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position combines both client-facing and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, dynamic, and growth-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, following up to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming group inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Monitor budgets, manage hotel options, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support operational tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Liaise with the accounts department to assist with credit control queries.
  • Collaborate across departments to handle customer requests promptly and resolve issues efficiently.

The Requirements:

  • Drive business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
  • Previous experience in sales or tour operations (B2B or B2C) preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
