What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing your own specialist recruitment market (Tech, IT, or Engineering across the UK or EU)
- Developing lasting relationships with clients and placing high-calibre candidates
- Owning the full 360 recruitment process — from business development to closing deals
- Working towards personal sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
