As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll run your own business within the business. You'll master your market, control your pipeline, and close deals with high-value clients across Europe. This is pure performance-based sales — where every win counts
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning and growing a niche recruitment market
- Building a profitable client portfolio through outbound sales & strategic targeting
- Generating and qualifying top-tier candidate leads
- Negotiating, closing, and managing full recruitment cycles

- Collaborating with a high-energy team who push for more — every single day!
Alex Park-Davies is one of our Sales Managers heading up our Engineering / Mechanical European Team, with over 7.5 years of experience at g2. He\’s developed a team of 10, most notably both Dan Worthington & John Grealey who have been with the business for over 5 years. Alongside leading a team Alex continues to service clients and win new business with some of the leading companies within his market.
