What we want from you:
- Confident and energetic communicator - beneficial when making daily sales calls.
- Good understanding of sales/recruitment and keen on establishing a sales career.
- Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience – useful but not essential in our grad programme
- Keen on self-development to contribute to a successful career.
- Ambitious about earning potential – our basic starts at £22,500 with OTE of £30-40K in year 1, £60-80K in year 2 and £100K year 3 onwards.
