Build and nurture strong relationships with UK Government clients to fully understand their staffing needs. Focus on winning new business while developing and managing your own client accounts to expand the client base. Source and attract top talent with relevant experience using targeted recruitment channels. Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles within government organisations.
