Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £24k basic + INDIVIDUAL & UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

What we want from you:

• Confident and energetic communicator - beneficial when making daily sales calls.
• Good understanding of sales/recruitment and keen on establishing a sales career.
• Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience – useful but not essential in our grad programme
• Keen on self-development to contribute to a successful career – think about why progression is important to you!
• Ambitious about earning potential – this is key as our basic starts at £22,500 with OTE of £30-40K in year 1, £60-80k in year 2 and £100k year 3 onwards – why are you looking to achieve this?
