We offer a fully organic growth structure, where we confidently take our consultants at trainee level and train them up in record time. This is provided by our Internal Learning and Development Team! It won’t be easy so driven, thick-skinned individuals are desired alongside some sales/telephone experience (it’s not made or break!) – As our team expand and grow further within the EU Engineering & FMCG, we are on the search for money motivated individuals to come and join us and become one of our top billers. After just three years in the business, Ralph doubled his billings in the last financial year, pushing himself to g2’s biller, establishing his place among the company’s top performers. You will use this knowledge to provide a high quality, elite service to our clients, finding and matching the best candidates to their needs. You will have the tools and opportunities to grow your network and build relationships with clients and candidates, helping you develop your business.
- Building a business strategy to target new key clients
- Building a portfolio of clients and candidates within your chosen sector
- Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge
UNLIMITED earning potential-OTE up to £35k-45k in year on due to our uncapped commission structure
- ALL EXPENSES PAID company holidays and Michelin star/equivalent lunches, and regular team socials
- INDUSTRY LEADING Learning and Development-on average a new starter will get 45 hours of L&D in their first 3 months (desk-side, classroom, phone coaching, one-to-one)
