Contract Technical Designer
Berkshire (3 days per week in office) | Β£275βΒ£300 per day (Outside IR35) | 6-Month Rolling Contract
Weβre supporting a busy commercial interiors practice with a huge pipeline of Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects. Due to rapid growth, they urgently need extra hands to deliver β interviews are already booked for Tuesday 22nd and Friday 25th.
The Role
- Deliver Cat A & Cat B D&B commercial office schemes
- Take projects from concept stage through to completion
- Produce and develop drawings in Revit, with strong knowledge of families
- Apply excellent technical knowledge to job running and project delivery
- Collaborate closely in the Berkshire office (3 days per week)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Designer in commercial interiors
- Advanced Revit expertise β confident with families and detailing
- Job running experience β able to take ownership of delivery
- Design & Build (D&B) background desirable
- Strong technical and detailing skills
