A Client of mine based in the Midlands is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to focus on their Property Sustainability. Properties are a mixture of traditional brick to steel frame industrial units and modern office blocks.
The ideal candidate will be able to complete Condition Surveys for each property in the operational and commercial property portfolio. Each survey should cover a detailed assessment (where practical or possible) of:
Contract Length : 6 Months.
Rate : £Negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern : Hybrid.
