Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and technically focused Architectural Technologist to join a growing team working across a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality technical documentation and construction information, with the ability to work independently and manage their workload with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Experience producing construction drawings and technical detailing packages.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on projects through all RIBA stages.
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
- CIAT membership or working towards accreditation.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Experience liaising directly with contractors and on-site teams.
- Familiarity with planning and building control submission processes.
- Understanding of sustainable construction and current industry best practices.
