We are currently recruiting to a Senior Compliance Manager for a public sector client of ours on an interim 3 month contract. The right candidate will have a good understanding of compliance and building safety legislation, as well as Awaab's Law.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Awaab's Law Phase 2 understanding
- HHSRS knowledge
- Experience of managing the Big 6
- Social Housing experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Electric, Gas, Asbestos, Water, Lifts and M&E workstreams
- Liaising with Fire and Building Safety teams
