I’m currently working on behalf of a leading London-based architectural practice that is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Designer to join their growing team.

About the Role

Opportunity for someone with around 5 years’ experience in a UK architectural practice. Design-led role with involvement across all project stages (concept through to delivery).

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes in the UK and internationally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Maintain strong design quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ industry experience in the UK.

Required Skills

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical capability.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good understanding of UK planning processes and building regulations.
  • RIBA Part III qualified or working towards it is desirable.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office.
