The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • Experience conducting statutory reviews under s202 in accordance with Part VI and Part VII Housing Act 1996.
  • Strong understanding of homelessness legislation, case law, and housing allocation policies.
  • Experience managing an individual caseload and working within agreed deadlines and prioritising urgent cases.
  • Experience of providing comprehensive housing advice and assistance to customers.
