Revenues Officer

A Client I\’m working with is recruiting for a revenues officer on an interim basis for the initial course of 6 months.

Location: Remote

Rate: Negotiable

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

• At least 3 years experience across the revenues field
• Up to date experience using civica open revenues
• Experience processing student work – status\’s, disregards and courses
• Experience administering the billing and collection of Council Tax
• Experience granting discounts and exemptions
• Confident in handling queries from customers either over email or via telephone
