Civil Engineering Project Manager – Outside IR35 – 52-Week Contract Location: Home Counties I\’m currently working with a major civil engineering contractor who is delivering a large-scale infrastructure project in the Home Counties , and we\’re now looking to bring on board a Project Manager with solid experience in water and utilities works . This is a 52-week contract , outside IR35 , and is due to kick off in June or July — ideal for someone who’s looking to secure their next long-term contract on a complex and rewarding scheme. 5km+ of water mains ~ Drainage, manholes, and slab placement ~ Precast concrete structures and prefabricated tanks ~ Coordinating multiple contractors, subcontractors, and site managers ~ Ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met ~ Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering , ideally on large infrastructure or utilities-heavy projects Strong technical understanding of water & utilities installations Confident managing multiple workstreams and contractor packages on-site SMSTS and CSCS essential Long-term contract on a high-value scheme Competitive day rate – open to negotiation based on experience A chance to take ownership of a technically diverse project If you\’re an experienced Civils PM ready for your next freelance challenge and available from June or July , I’d love to speak with you.
