My client in the West Midlands is currently looking to fill a Principal Estates Surveyor position with a focus on proactively undertaking the estate management casework and projects to help maximize the potential of land and property assets in line with corporate priorities
The best candidates will have a history of assessing the efficiency and maintenance of assets under local authorities and helping with the disposing of excess assets.
Responsibilities
- Assist service with Acquisitions and Disposals Projects
- Clear backlog of outstanding lease renewals and conducting rent reviews
- Oversee development of 1 Junior Surveyor under your management
Requirements
- RICS member
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field
- 3-6-month contract
- Negotiable rate DOE
- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote working
