An established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join them on a 12‑month contract, supporting a large healthcare project in the North West.
This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong technician with excellent Revit experience. While the project is healthcare-based, previous healthcare experience is not essential.
Role Overview
- Contract: 12 months
- IR35 status: Outside IR35
- Rate: £25–30 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
- Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
