We’re working with a well-established, design-led consultancy looking to strengthen their BIM team with an experienced Senior BIM Technician / Job Runner level professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, technically strong environment with a focus on high-quality project delivery.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering projects through the technical and construction stages, taking ownership of design outputs and coordinating with wider project teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality Revit-based technical drawings and models
  • Leading elements of RIBA Stage 4–5 delivery
  • Acting as a client-facing technical lead on projects
  • Coordinating with consultants and internal disciplines
  • Supporting project programming and delivery timelines
  • Contributing to BIM best practice and digital workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Senior BIM Technician / Architectural Technologist / Job Runner
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  • Strong experience delivering projects at RIBA Stage 5
  • Confident in a client-facing capacity
  • Good understanding of UK construction regulations and BIM processes (ISO19650 beneficial)
  • Ideally CIAT qualified (MCIAT/ACIAT) or working towards
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Contract Option (Outside IR35)

  • £28–£32 per hour
  • Fully remote working available
  • Must have access to a high-spec PC (32GB RAM recommended)
  • Software licenses provided

Permanent Option

  • £45,000 – £50,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (flexibility available)
  • Clear progression within a growing BIM team

Location

Flexible working available. Ideally suited to candidates able to attend the office on occasion, but remote options are available depending on experience.
