- Competitive starting salary: £24,000
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings: Year 1: £35K–£45K, Year 2: £50K–£70K, Year 3: £100K+

The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback
- Use a variety of business development techniques to identify and approach new clients with tailored recruitment solutions
- Source, qualify, and present candidates to clients across the EU
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist market
- Share insights with colleagues and contribute to overall team success
- Work in established engineering sectors while also spotting new opportunities to grow your desk
