G2 are currently looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to support a major project on a 12‑month contract.

Contract Details:

  • ASAP
  • Take ownership of on-site delivery across mechanical building services packages, including HVAC, ductwork, pipework, drainage, and water systems.
  • Review and work from mechanical drawings, identify issues, raise RFIs, and assist with red-line mark-ups and as-built information.
  • Maintain control of site documentation such as RAMS, inspections, toolbox talks, PPE records, and plant checks.

Strong background in mechanical construction management on complex projects.

Working knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, DX), LTHW, chilled water, ductwork (including fire and smoke systems), FCUs, and drainage.

Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
