Role: 1X Private Sector Housing Officer; 1X Single Family Dwellings Officer

Location: Hertfordshire

Start Date: ASAP

Working pattern: 2 days a week on site

Role description: I am currently assisting my client in Hertfordshire identify 2x Private Sector Housing Officers to carry out inspections on unlicensed HMO's and single family dwellings inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspections on unlicensed HMO's
  • Inspect single family dwellings

Experience required:

  • Issuing Civil Penalty Notices
  • Rent Repayment Orders
  • Identifying and enforcing against unlicensed HMO's
