One of my local authority clients based in Norfolk are on the lookout for 2 interim Housing Standards Officers to support their team.
There is one Full Time Role and one Part Time Role.
- Contract: 6 Months +
- Rate: Negotiable DOE
- Start Date: January
- Hours: 37 p/w and 24 p/w
- Working pattern:
- 2 days on-site for Full Time
- 1 day on-site for Part Time
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct HHSRS property inspections.
- Carry out necessary enforcement actions on both CAT 1 & CAT 2 hazards in line with the Housing Act 2004.
- HMO inspections and related licensing.
- Carrying out reactive complaints.
- HMO inspections and applications.
- Empty property complaints.
Must have:
- HHSRS experience
- Driving license
