Location: Norfolk (site-based across multiple projects)

G2 are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a leading project team on a 12-month contract, working on-site across multiple projects in Norfolk. This role will focus on delivering high-quality life sciences and healthcare projects, requiring a strong understanding of complex MEP systems and environments.

The Role

As Building Services Manager, you will take ownership of MEP delivery, balancing both technical oversight and package management responsibilities across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking compliance of drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Coordinating MEP services with each other, as well as with structural and architectural teams
  • Acting as the primary client contact for all MEP-related matters
  • Carrying out compliance and quality inspections of installed works
  • Managing commissioning, demonstrations, and handover/training processes
  • Providing commercial support, including input on MEP valuations and variations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Building Services / MEP management roles
  • Balanced technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and public health services
  • Strong background delivering life sciences and/or healthcare projects
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based role
