My Local Authority client based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for an interim Housing and Communities Manager.

Hours per week: 37 hours a week

Working Pattern: Hybrid West Midlands

Experience needed:

  • Confident and competent Head of Service/Manager with extensive experience within local authorities or Housing Associations in Housing and Communities.
  • Experienced in both Strategic & Operational Leadership.
  • Able to represent the council for key partnerships to achieve council objectives.
  • Skilled in handling funding and finances for service delivery.
  • Capable of overseeing a cohort of staff including the monitoring, analysis, and implementation of team structures & transformation.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis with Stratford.
