My client based in the South East is currently searching for a Housing Standards/DFG Officer to join their team for a 3-month period.
The caseload consists of approximately 70% Disabled Facilities Grant technical work and project management, with the remaining 30% focusing on Housing Standards.
Role Duties:
- Investigate possible housing offenses for breaching HHSRS.
- Carry out routine HMO inspections and respond to housing-related complaints.
- Respond to general housing complaints and service requests.
- Conduct initial site surveys and create technical drawings for new DFG projects.
- Create schedules of work for DFG projects.
- Liaise with Architects and OTs.
