A client of mine working for a local authority is looking to hire an Interim Private Sector Housing Officer, specializing in HMO licensing and compliance inspections, for the next 3+ months due to a number of outstanding service requests.
The role is part-time, 15-21 hours per week. Hybrid working is standard within this local authority, so it is expected that the candidate placed will be on site between 1-2 days each week depending on the working pattern discussed with the manager.
- Strong HMO and Private Sector Housing experience
- Housing or Environmental Health qualification desirable
