I am seeking a proactive and resident focused Housing Solutions Officer to join my client's Housing Services team based in the West Midlands. You will manage a patch of general needs properties and play a key role in delivering high quality housing management services to the tenants.

Employment Type: Freelance / Contract

Working Arrangement: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of council or housing association properties

  • Conduct estate inspections and property visits
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies
  • Support vulnerable residents and make safeguarding referrals where required
