What does the job involve? As a 360-recruiter you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
- Reaching out to potential candidates and clients including initial cold-call screening calls
- Organising interviews and feedback
- Negotiating deals
- Become an expert in your market niche - in essence you will be running your own business within the business of g2!
