What does the job involve?
As a 360-recruiter you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
– Reaching out to potential candidates and clients including initial cold-call screening calls
– Organising interviews and feedback
– Become an expert in your market niche- in essence you will be running your own business within the business of g2!
