A reputable practice in the South West of England is looking for immediate support in an Architect or Architectural Assistant to complete stage 1 design feasibilities. The work would be on later living/care home projects. The role can be completed on a fully remote basis with the initial briefing being completed in their studio. The role is outside IR35 and has an initial duration of 3 months, potentially turning into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Completing stage 1 design feasibilities on care home projects.
  • Work to be completed in Revit.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Revit, need someone to hit the ground running.
  • Care home project experience is an advantage but other transferable skills are considered.
  • Able to start the week commencing 23rd February or alternatively the week after.
  • Appropriate home IT set up (software provided by the client).
