A client of mine is urgently looking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to support a growing pipeline of work. Due to high demand, projects are currently being turned away, so this is an immediate requirement.

This role is fully remote and would suit someone operating at Information Manager level who can step in and make an impact quickly.

  • Position: BIM Manager / Information Manager
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Rate: £35 per hour (outside IR35)
  • Contract: Ongoing
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Information Manager
  • Strong expertise in Navisworks and/or Solibri
  • ISO 19650 Expertise desirable
  • Experience in model coordination and clash detection
  • Ability to manage BIM processes and information workflows effectively
  • Background in either architecture or M&E is acceptable
