Role – Data Entry Officer Client – Local Authority Working Hours – 37 hours per/week Location – Remote Working Rate – Negotiable Per/Hour – Umbrella Paid My local authority client based in the South of the UK are seeking an experienced Data Entry Officer to join the team on a 6 month initial contract due to a backlog of cases. You will be working within the Planning service for the Council and the day to day duties will involve: – Taking enquiries via phone or email from the general public about registering and confirming address against Planning Applications. – There will be a requirement to validate applications, file documents and upload files on to the Councils Mapping System which is called Dynamic Maps. – You will be doing other various administration work on behalf of the Planning support team. – This job will require strong IT skills and strong communications skills via phone and email. Training can be provided but the client are looking for someone with strong administration and customer service experience.
