I am assisting my client in the Hampshire region looking to recruit for a Clerk of Works on an Interim basis with a look to go Permanent. The most suitable candidates will have worked across various projects and have tangible examples of clerking experience.
We are looking for a confident and experienced Clerk of Works within the Built Environment to undertake a monitoring role in our Construction Projects Delivery service area. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring of construction projects, with a focus on refurbishment and improvement housing schemes.
You will have substantial construction knowledge gained over a significant period within a trade or construction background, with specific responsibilities associated with Site Inspection. You will demonstrate the ability to monitor and inspect construction work to appropriate standards of quality, producing and maintaining clear accurate records of site inspections and observations.
Package: 3-6 month Contract (Potential to extend or move into a permanent role), Negotiable Rate DOE, Work is carried out onsite.
