An award-winning architectural studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join on an initial 6 month contract basis. They offer hybrid working (opportunity to work from home 1 day per week), outside IR35 and immediate starts.
The role consists of assisting with the delivery of a hotel scheme (conversion from an existing building into a hospitality space).
- Completing working drawing packages in Revit
- Lead projects when necessary and work independently on stage 4 type work
- Proficiency in Revit, strong use on the technical stages (4-5)
- Strong experience working on building regulations
