Freelance Shift Commissioning Engineer / Operator – Waste to Energy Project
North England
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months (Option to extend to 1 year+)
We are currently looking for x5 Shift Commissioning Engineer / Operators to support a major Waste to Energy commissioning project across multiple sites in the UK.
Key Requirements
- Electrical Engineering background
- Strong experience in power plant commissioning and operations
- Waste to Energy experience preferred
- Experience commissioning and operating boilers
- Fluent English communication skills
The Role
- Supporting commissioning activities across the plant
- Operating and monitoring plant systems during commissioning phases
- Working within a shift-based operational team
